COVID/Gym Protocols Effective Monday, July 12

As of 12:01AM on Sunday, July 11th, the Saskatchewan Government has removed mandatory restrictions and will give businesses the ability to choose their own protocols for masking, distancing, etc. Here are a few of the changes you can expect this week:

Please continue to:

  • Wash/sanitize hands regularly

  • Coughing/sneezing into your elbows

  • Clean/disinfect gym equipment; wipe down wallballs, barbells, pull-up bars, dumbbell handles, bike and rower handles, etc. (any surfaces we are gripping or our faces are in close contact with)

  • Signing into classes using Mindbody

The following are optional, please be courteous and respect others’ decisions either way:

  • masking - during workouts is no longer necessary but for the immediate future coaches will continue to wear masks while walking around

  • high-fives, hugs, handshakes - it doesn’t hurt to ask before trying any of these things

  • distancing during workouts - please maintain a safe physical distance for the exercises being performed and do not encroach on members who have chosen to be away from the group

Sharing equipment is optional but please limit to people within your immediate social circle/household

These protocols will be updated as we monitor the reopening plan. If you have any questions or concerns please send them to jason@crossfitonefifty.com.
