CrossFit Kids Fall Sessions - Registration now available!

Who is excited for fall CrossFit Kids sessions?!?!

Our CrossFit Kids sessions run for 6 weeks, 1 or 2 times per week (or drop-in for sessions that still have room). The kids will learn fun ways to get their body moving, learn proper form, and safe execution of functional movements. Our aim is to ignite your child's love for exercise and to develop valuable skills like teamwork, leadership, determination, resiliency, and confidence.

PARENT & TOTS (age 0-3)

  • TUE 5:00p-5:45p, Tue Sep 14 - Tue Oct 19

  • SAT 9:00a-9:45a, Sat Sep 18 - Sat Oct 30 (no class Oct 9 - thanksgiving weekend)

KINDER (age 4-6)

  • TUE 5:45p-6:30p, Tue Sep 14 - Tue Oct 19

  • SAT 10:00a-10:45a, Sat Sep 18 - Sat Oct 30 (no class Oct 9 - thanksgiving weekend)

BEGINNER (ages 7-9)

  • TUE 6:30p-7:30p, Tue Sep 14 - Tue Oct 19

  • SAT 11:00a-12:00p, Sat Sep 18 - Sat Oct 30 (no class Oct 9 - thanksgiving weekend)

JUNIORS (ages 10-12)

  • MON 6:00-7:00p, Mon Sep 13 - Mon Oct 25 (no class Oct 11 - thanksgiving)

Please make sure to register under your child’s name. Full instructions on how to do so are HERE.

COST: 6 week sessions

  • 1x per week - $110/kid

  • 2x per week - $180/kid (must contact val@crossfitonefifty.com BEFORE registering to receive discount)

  • Drop-ins for session with space left - $20/kid per session

Capacity is 8 kids per session, but must have min of 5 to run.
