April Group/Beginner Foundations

It has never been easier to start at CFCL! We are offering a group Foundations for April, starting this Thursday April 7! Details are below.

GROUP FOUNDATIONS: 4 x 90min sessions, April 7-16, Thursdays 5:30pm & Saturdays 9:00am.

In these 4 sessions, the group will meet 30 mins before class to work through some foundational discussions/movement, then your personalized coaches will walk you through everything in classes; teach you the movements based on the Workout Of the Day or “WOD”, provide you with cues to focus on for each movement, and set you up for future classes on your own.

This is included in your first month membership ($140+GST), with no further commitment required. That means you get these 4 personalized sessions, plus can come to as many classes as you want for the rest of the month.
