NEW CLASSES Start Oct 15 (this weekend)
Been wanting to progress your gymnastics skills, mobility, and/or weighlifting skills? We are now adding regular weekly classes to help you do just that! Starting on October 15, we will be offering 30 min classes for each of these. Each month/season we will have a focus to progress on. These classes are open and free to all members and $20/day drop in applies to non-members.
SCHEDULE & FOCUS: Saturdays, starting October 15
9:00-9:30am - Gymnastics (Handstand progressions)
9:30-10:00am - Mobility (Tight hips and back)
10:00-10:30am - Weightlifting (Snatches)
