BOOTCAMP
Not sure if you are ready for CrossFit? Try out our bootcamp instead! Whether you are completely new to exercise or just want to try something a little different, we will adjust the workouts to meet you where you are at and help you grow throughout!
What is included in Bootcamp?
Unlike a lot of other bootcamps, we take a multi-faceted approach to help guide you through your 6-weeks. You will get:
A total of 24 guided workouts, split between in-person and at-home options.
2 x in-person workouts each week
2 x at-home workouts each week (with video explinations)
24/7 access to a private online group where you can contact your coaches and connect with your fellow bootcampers.
What will the workouts be like?
We invest in your long-term fitness by guiding you through functional strength and conditioning training that will make you smile and sweat (yes that is right - smile). Our goal throughout the 6-weeks is to help you learn to move better and to give you fitness independance. At each in-person class, we will spend a good amount of time teaching you proper technique of movements (along with individual adjustments) before jumping into the workout. Then we will re-inforce these mechanics in our video explinations for the at-home workouts. Each workout will look a little different, so you never get bored, but there will be aspects of strength and conditioning work in each one.
SCHEDULE
Next session of bootcamps will start Thursday January 12th and run for 6 weeks (first class Thu Jan 12, last class Feb 19)
In-person: Thursdays 7pm & Sundays 12pm
At-home: Video explinations uploaded to online group thursdays & sundays (but you can complete whenever.
