Are your kids (5+) eager to discover the world of strength, specifically Olympic Weightlifting? Look no further! We're thrilled to introduce our engaging and empowering Kids Learn to Lift sessions, designed to introduce children to the fundamental techniques of weightlifting in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Session Details:
Level 1: Squat & Deadlift (Aug 10 5:30-7:00pm)
In this session, kids will delve into the basics of two essential lifts: the squat and deadlift. Our experienced trainers will guide them through proper form and technique, emphasizing the importance of posture, balance, and control. These fundamental movements set the stage for a strong and resilient foundation.
Level 2: Clean & Press (Aug 17 5:30-7:00pm)
Building upon the skills acquired in the previous session, kids will learn the clean and press techniques. This dynamic combination focuses on explosive power and precision. Participants will master the art of lifting from the ground to overhead, showcasing their newfound strength and coordination.
Level 3: Snatch & Overhead Squat (Aug 24 5:30-7:00pm)
In the final installment of our program, kids will conquer the snatch and overhead squat. These advanced movements enhance flexibility, mobility, and full-body coordination. As participants refine their skills, they'll gain a deep appreciation for the artistry and athleticism of weightlifting.

Progressive Learning: While attending all sessions is ideal, it's not mandatory. Each session is designed to stand alone, accommodating all skill levels. However, consistent attendance ensures a gradual progression in technique and strength.
Expert Guidance: Our certified trainers are passionate about teaching kids the proper mechanics of weightlifting. Safety is our top priority, and participants will receive individualized attention to ensure correct execution and prevent injuries.
Time Commitment: Each session lasts 1.5 hours, providing ample time for learning, practice, and fun interactions with peers.
Participation Options:
Unlimited Members: Kids on unlimited membership enjoy these sessions for FREE, making it a fantastic opportunity to explore a new avenue of fitness.
10-Pack Holders: For kids on a 10-pack membership, these sessions are available as drop-ins. Use your existing pack and join us for an invigorating experience.
Non-Members: We enthusiastically welcome non-members to join our sessions as well. For a drop-in rate of $25 per class, your child can experience the benefits of our Kids Learn to Lift program.
