CrossFit Competitor Program
If you have been CrossFitting for a while now and are wanting to start training to compete, join our competitor program!
This program runs 5 day per week and are in addition to regular class workouts. It covers all skills that are required to compete in the CrossFit Open and beyond, including some weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance work as well as full body accessory work.
The program is released as “extra credit” on the Daily WOD post. Ask a coach for extra assistance as needed.
This program also require all athletes to continue improving on the five factors.
MEMBERSHIP
To join the competitive stream, members must be on an unlimited membership and email jason@crossfitonefifty.com to be set up.
COACHING
Videos submissions of lifts can be sent anytime, in addition to getting real-time feedback in classes! Either to Jason directly or through private group.
