Each team must complete the workout, one partner working at a time. Partners can break up the work however they please.

Standards
Deadlifts: Bar must start on the ground and be stood up to the hips. Rep will count when the athlete has reached full extension of the hips and knees and shoulder are just behind barbell, under control. Both partners can deadlift weight together if needed.
Bike: Monitor must be reset at the end of each round, seat can be adjusted between athletes if needed. Athletes may switch on the bike at any time but calories must roll over BEFORE they start deadlifts or head on run/row/bike.
