If you are looking to improve on your Mobility, Gymnastics and/or Weightlifting skills, we have these specialty classes on the regular schedule to help you achieve your goals. These classes are included with membership but can also pay drop-in rate (see rates HERE)

Recovery

Sundays 10:30am

Our bodies can get tight from working out, but also the stress of life. In this class we focus on loosening up those tight muscles and tissue with myofacial release techniques, banded/assisted stretching, and targeted flows. We also add accessory work targeting our core, back, and shoulders to make the most of the hard work we put into getting strong, building muscle, and lengthening tissues.

Weightlifting

Sundays 9:30am

These classes are for those that want to learn more or become better at the Snatch and/or Clean & Jerk. Each class is about developing better understanding and sharp movement patterns for each of these lifts, focusing mostly on light barbell work.

If you are looking to complete in Olympic Weightlifting, our Kilostalk Weightlifting Club might be more what you are looking for.
