Terms And Conditions

Automatic Renewal & Payments

  • All auto-renew memberships are set to renew automatically every two weeks, starting from the original start date.

  • Payments are processed via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) or Credit Card.

Membership Changes & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required for any membership changes, including cancellations, upgrades, or downgrades.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

Membership Holds (Pauses/Suspensions)

  • Membership holds are available in two-week increments and must align with your bi-weekly billing cycle. Holds cannot be applied to partial weeks or mid-cycle periods.

  • Hold requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to take effect.

Class Attendance & Booking

  • Members are encouraged to book classes in advance to secure their spot.

  • If a member cannot attend a booked class, we ask that they cancel their booking ASAP to allow another athlete to take the spot from waitlist.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • If no members are booked into a class at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time, the class will be automatically canceled. So, please make sure to check the schedule before coming to classes.

  • If a class is canceled due to no bookings, drop-ins will not be accepted at the last minute.

Safety & Gym Policies

  • All members must follow gym rules, respect coaches’ instructions, and prioritize safety.

  • Proper athletic attire and footwear are required.

  • Members must wipe down equipment after use and return it to its designated spot.

Liability Waiver

  • Participation in any class, open gym session, or event is at the member’s own risk.

  • Members are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any gym activities. This is agreed to upon creating a profile in our booking system or signed a paper copy.

Refunds & Membership Adjustments

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

  • In rare cases, management may approve exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

Guests & Drop ins

  • Members may bring a guest for their FIRST class for free at any time (guest must sign up complete the trial class sign up steps).

  • Drop-in or membership fees apply to any future visits.

Referral Program

  • The referred friend must be a new member who has not previously held a CFCL membership.

  • The $50 discount applies to the first payment of membership only.

  • Your $50 referral reward will be applied to the next billing cycle after your friend completes their sign-up.

  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, trials, or discounts.

  • Both the referrer and the referred member must maintain an active membership for the discount to apply.

  • If the referrer cancels before their reward is applied, the discount is forfeited.

  • The referral reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.

  • CFCL reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
