New Class for 2020 - Row Conditioning

StrongFit is excited to present you with a new class offering, Row Conditioning, which will be on odd dates from January 3rd until February 28th. These will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays with a total of 15 classes over the 9 weeks.

The class will run from 7:00-7:45am on pre-selected dates and will consist only of rowing. This is an opportunity to add 45 minutes of improving rowing technique and cardio respiratory endurance to your routine. Each class will be instructor-led and this will be a pilot program which means it can be a permanent program if it is well attended. Class sizes will be capped at 8, please sign in using MBO as we have limited rowers.

This program is free with your monthly unlimited membership or the cost is one drop-in ($15.75 or one punch pass).

Dates will be:

January 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 29th, 31st

February 3rd ,5th, 10th, 12th, 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th
