EMOM Sundays Start This Week!

Tune into our Mindbody Live (Virtual Class) by signing into the class and opening the link through your email account (you will receive the link 30 minutes before class starts). Then work on skills or volume training that will supplement your CrossFit program. This week we are starting with an alternating EMOM focusing on pushing and pulling movements. Coach Val will be leading these classes which run from 10AM until 10:45AM. Below will be an example of what you can expect for programming options:

20 Minute Alternating EMOM:
Minute 1: 3-5 Elevated Push-ups / Dumbbell Bench Press / Elevated Pike HSPU / Strict HSPU
Minute 2: 3-5 Bent Over Kettlebell/Dumbbell Rows (per side) / Pendlay Rows / Ring Rows / Strict Pull-ups

As previously mentioned, you can choose to follow your own programming (your Beyond The Whiteboard account gives members access to free programming for a variety of strength and gymnastics movements) which Valarie can provide guidance and feedback on during these classes.
