Stimulus

1) Wrapping up a light week with 3 sets of 3 reps at 70% of your 1RM (should be able to do 10+ reps as a max set)

2) A variety of movements with some skilled gymnastics. Goal is to complete the workout in under 15 minutes but there is a 20 min cap for those looking to complete the work as written. Reduce reps and weights as needed to complete each movement in 2-3 sets max
