Stimulus

1) Build to a weight that would be a 3-5 rep max and complete 5 sets of 2 reps at this weight, resting as needed

2) Not a lot of time to get through many rounds of this workout, select a weight that allows for quick reps and mix TTB with knee-raises if you struggle to string them together. Option to do toes-to-rings
