1) First four sets are “warm-up” so that you can estimate what you can do for a 20 rep max. Goal is to be around 60% of your 1RM

2) Push the pace in these runs and expect to be very uncomfortable.

200m Run = end of Orano parking lot
400m Run = orange stake by half-alive tree
600m Run = Red Best Western sign
