Stimulus

1) Build to 85% of your best power clean, a weight you can still catch above a parallel squat AND rack the bar without it crashing onto/into your body. Then, do 1 rep every 30s for 12 minutes (24 total reps)

2) Each 4 minute AMRAP starts with a buy-in of toes-to-bar and double-unders. With the time left (roughly 2 mins), complete as many rounds as possible of “The Chief”
