Stimulus
1) We are building on our strength cycle for these reps. You will complete three sets of 4, maintaining the same weight over the three sets. Once this is complete, you will complete one big drop set. This set is roughly 50%, aiming to get around 15-20 reps. Have a spotter ready for these heavy sets.
2) You will be working through 8 rounds, completing a 200m run every 2:00. Once the run is done, you will work through as many single arm devils press in the remaining time. You will alternate arms each rep. AIm to complete 6-8 reps of your devils press each round.
