Stimulus

1) These squats will be building in weight. Start at roughly 75% and build in doubles to end around 85%. Keep each squat tight, keeping the chest up and looking straight ahead.

2) For these five rounds, pick weights that allow you to complete each movement in 1:00 or less. Box jumps do not need to be reaching full extension at the top of each rep. Stay low and step down on the other side. Use a single kettlebell and alternate arms every rep. These are from the hang position, so the kettlebell does not need to touch the ground between reps
