Stimulus

Today’s Hero workout is one of the longest (if not the longest) workout we’ve ever programmed. If you do have aspirations to finish it, make time in your schedule to stay for up to two hours and fuel, hydrate, and rest accordingly. Optional strategies based on goals:

  • 10 Rounds of 1 Mile + 15 Burpee Pull-ups

  • 20 Rounds of 800m Run + 8/7 Burpee Pull-ups (alternating rounds)

  • either of the options above as an AMRAP based on time constraints
