1) Find a couple friends and tackle this tough workout! ONE partner will be working at one time, switching out as needed. Choose a barbell weight and toes to bar variation that allows at least 5-10 reps at a time during the workout. Hang power clean weight should not exceed 65% of your 1RM power clean.
