Round 1: Toes to Bar
Round 2: Wallballs
Round 3: Wall Walks
Round 4: Rope Climbs (15’)

Stimulus

1) This is a partner workout where you will each complete a large cardio piece before you both move on to max reps. Each round has a different movements for max reps. You must alternate run/row with partner each round. Both of you must complete the run/row before moving onto max reps. One partner will work at a time through the movement reps, switching however you like. The run/row will take roughly 5 minutes, giving you roughly 2:30 for max reps. Substitute the toes to bar with knee raises, wall walks to plank taps, and rope climbs with pull ups if needed.
