Stimulus

1) Looking to complete all 30 reps in 10 minutes, scale weights and maintain volume. Can be a deadlift + power clean or clean + front squat for those unable to go overhead.

2) Small sets to start the clusters (clean into thruster), as it gets to the lower numbers try to hang on for touch and go sets. Each run is meant to be for recovery so you can push the pace with the barbell. Aim for a 15 minute workout.
