Stimulus
1) You will be doing this workout in teams of 2. You will head out on your run together. Once you both are back in from the run, you will perform the synchro power snatches and overhead squats. Choose a weight you can perform 10 unbroken each round. The gymnastic movement at the end is completed separately, choosing a movement that challenges you.
