Stimulus

1) You will be working in teams of 2 for this workout. One partner will be working through the AMRAP movements. The other partner will be working through the 100m farmer carry. You will switch once the one partner finishes the farmer carry. You will pick up where the partner left off. CHoose a weight that you can move for the barbell in quick singles for the cleans and unbroken for the squats. Choose a gymnastics movement that challenges you for the RMU.
