Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy starting weight and continue building if possible for the 5 working sets. Squeezing the bar off the floor for the first rep can make it much easier than usual, keep that tension on as you tap the ground for the second rep

2) A very fast workout - looking to hang onto the bar for touch-and-go power cleans and quick burpees. Once done, work hard to complete your cash-out
