  • HS Walks (or Wall Walks)

  • Toes-To-Rings/Bar (or GHD Sit-ups)

  • Double-Unders

  • Pistols (or Box Step-downs)

This is a practice day, don’t work too hard and find the appropriate progression to train the movement rather than “counting reps”
