  • Wallballs @ 14/10

  • Front Plank Hold (forearms)

  • Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 16/12

  • Wall Sit

Stimulus

Work for 15s, rest for 15s, 6 times for each movement before resting 1 minute and moving onto the next station. The goal is to work hard and at a sustainable pace. You will be at each station for 4 minutes for a 40 minute workout. Option to set a band across your back, using the rig hooks as a means of making the planks more challenging or elevate with a barbell to hold a straight arm plank.
