“Twist & Shout”

30s on, 30s off at each station:

  • Sandbag Hold

  • Sandbag March

  • Medicine Ball Passes

  • Medicine Ball Slams

  • Empty Bar Romanian Deadlifts

  • Empty Bar Push Presses

  • Lateral Sled Drag L/R

  • Burpee Broad Jumps

With a total of 8 stations, we’re completing 5 rounds at each station (total of 40 minutes). Complete movements with 30s of steady work as you will get an equal amount of rest here.
