The gym is closed today but you can meet up with other run club members or head solo for a 75 minute run at 60% (Zone 2). You can choose to walk-run in 2 on, 1 off, or reduce total time spent running. Try running with headphones while listening to a metronome during your warm-up and check in with the metronome periodically.
