Workout of the day

9:30 - 10:30am: Running Clinic

Practice running mechanics in a non-workout setting. Max distance covered will be roughly 2km (total) comprised of walk + run intervals

10:30 - 11:30am: Recovery

1) 30 Minute Stretch + Release

2) 30s On, 30s Off x 20:

Backwards sled drag (or loop rings through a kettlebell and drag)

Deep lateral box step-overs (controlled ROM)

Prone Swimmers

Hollow Rocks
