Today we’re heading off-site to do a long walk/walk+run/run/bike!

This will be our last time to meet before the Cameco Step-up Walk/Run and anyone that wants to join is welcome, via foot or bike.

Our meeting place will be the Northeast Swale (NE of Sutherland Dog Park) and we will be using paths heading North towards Chief Mistawasis Bridge at our usual time of 9:30am. This is a great opportunity to practice our strategy for next week so if you need any help dialing it in please contact me an we can figure it out together.
