Alternating EMOM x 24:

  • Double-Dumbbell Suitecase Walking Lunges

  • Single-DB Devil’s Press

  • GHD Sit-ups (Or V-Snap Sit-ups)

  • Handstand Hold/Handstand Walk (Or Weighted Plank Hold)

Stimulus

Practice these movements and find a steady rhythm as you work for ~45s for each movement. 24 minutes = a total of 6 rounds of each
