Today we get to celebrate Sue Sebestyen’s 60th birthday (October 25th) with a workout of her choice! Sue has been with us since Day 1, both as a huge supporter of what we do and as a provider of all of our clothing. She’s incredibly modest in her work inside and outside of the gym and we are so grateful for all that she does for us! Happy birthday week, Sue! We hope you enjoy the workout!
