2 Minute AMRAP: 10 Alternating DB Power Snatches + Max Calorie Bike

Rest 2 Minutes

3 Minute AMRAP: 15 Alternating DB Power Snatches + Max Calorie Bike

Rest 3 Minutes

Select a weight for DB Snatches that allows it to be unbroken (RX = 50/35). Work hard but keep in mind you will not recover optimally with the prescribed rest. If this is a rest day, work to keep it smooth and keep the HR low
