1) This workout combines a lot of pushing, pulling, core, and cardio. You have a minute of rest between each round so push the pace when you are working. Choose weights/variations that allow you to finish a round in roughly 2:30. Be careful of the GHD volume if you have not been training these specifically. Bench reps should be complete unbroken, so choose weight accordingly.
