Stimulus
1) You will be performing three sets of four at the same weight. This should be roughly 80% for all three sets. AFter this is done, you will complete one big set at a lower weight. This set should be roughly 50% and stay around 50% or more.
2) You will be working through a big chipper set today. It is 40 reps each, taking breaks when needed0. The dumbbell is quite heavy for the deadlift and bench press so choose according to bench press weight. Make sure to lock out those legs on the box jumps at the top.
