1) IN this workout, you will have twice the amount of rest as work, so you are looking to move quickly and aggressively during your work intervals. Once you get past the power cleans, work hard and aggressively on the bike. Choose a barbell weight that allows you to complete the power cleans in one to two sets every round. The loading should not exceed 40% of your 1RM power clean.
