1) These are some big cardio pieces today, alternating between biking and rowing. Choose a bike cal amount that allows you to complete it in around 5:00, giving you about 3:00 on the rower each round. This is meant to be a quality aerobic piece. Although the row at the end s a max cal row, it’s not intended to be majorly fatiguing.
