1) This is a perfect workout to focus on decreasing your heartrate during a workout, as well as focusing on technique work for rope climbs. Pick a rope climb variation that allows you to complete roughly 3 reps in the minute of work. You will have rest built into this workout, the two minutes after each round, so make sure you are working hard during the five minutes of prescribed work. Sub the rope climbs for sit to stand rope climbs or a mixture of pull ups and knee raises.
