Stimulus:

1) Today is a great day to practice some challenging skills and give yourself a rest on the bike. Sub ring muscle ups with bar muscle up practice or pull up practice. Work on crossover, single, or double unders. Sub GHD with regular sit ups or scale reps greatly. Work on wall walks or handstand walking, something being upside down.
