Stimulus
1) You will be building to a set of 10 reps. Build up over sets of 6, then take a larger rest before you do your big set of 10.
2) The carry is designed to take around 1:00, giving you 1:00 to accumulate reps. Alternate each round between goblet squats and handstand walking. For the dumbbell goblet squats, hold one dumbbell vertically at your chest. Your hands will grip the dumbbell head. Choose a weight that allows you to complete 10-25 reps each round.
