Stimulus
Strength: start with 30 reps of push-ups for time. Should be challenging but goal is to finish in 5-8 mins rather than going to the time cap. THEN, do as many reps as possible of strict presses at 65%, strip the bar to 55% and do as many reps as possible, and then strip the bar to 45% and do as many reps as possible. Rest the remainder of 5 minutes and then repeat
