Stimulus
Train/Move: Goal is to complete each movement within 45s, allowing for time to recover and transition to the next movement. Work on double-unders if possible as the Open is approaching. Sprint the echo bike the best you can and select a HS walk variation that allows for core and shoulder work (shoulder plank taps or box walks). Pistols can be assisted with your opposite toe or single leg sit to stand
