Stimulus
1) Build using 5-4-3-2-1-1-1… as your warm-up and continue building until you’ve reached a heavy single for the day
2) Clean and jerks can be in singles (unless you have smaller plates, then do them in multiples) and box jumps can be step-ups. Goal is to speed up as you progress through the rounds
