We are hosting a second itteration of our Intro to Olympic Weightlifitng Workshop! This event is perfect for beginners, as well as those that attended our first workshop and want to progress/practice their lifts.

What to Expect: Prepare to dive into the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting with confidence! Our expert coaches will guide you step-by-step through each movement, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We will cover the fundamentals of Deadlift, Squat and Pressing, and then introduce the Olympic Weightlifting movements (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). This session is designed to empower beginners to take their first steps into the wonderful world of Weightlifitng.
