Schedule Changes (Sundays are back!)

Starting Sunday, July 25th the following classes will be back on the schedule:

9:30am Recovery
10:30am Beginner Weightlifting

Improve your range of motion, feel great in an overhead squat, then practice your weightlifting movements with an empty barbell!

Changes starting Saturday, July 31st:

10:30am Kilostalk Weightlifting Club (moved from 12:30pm)

If you are unable to make any times and you are able to lift when the gym is open (when CrossFit classes are running) please remember to send in videos.
