FREE Outdoor WOD

Come join us on Saturday May 28 10:30am at Al Anderson's Park in Hampton Village (only 3 mins from our gym location)!

This will be an hour filled with fun and some fitness Coaches will walk you through everything - warm-up, learning movements and proper form, the actual workout, and cool down. They will also help you adjust this all so it works for YOU! All equipment is provided, but we do suggest to bring a mat and water for your comfort.

This is a FREE event open up to everyone age 14+, with or without CrossFit experience. We are encouraging cash donations and all proceeds will go to the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre City-Wide Food Drive.
