Come join us for Wed July 13 11:30am-1:30pm! Take your experience to which ever level of comfort suits you:
LUNCH: Well be manning the grill so you can enjoy a $2 burger/hotdog & drink lunch combo as you enjoy the afternoon and experience.
WATCH: Simply sit back and take in what a regular class looks like. You’ll see people of all ages, shapes and sizes working out right next to each other doing their version of the same workout, and encouraging other on.
ACTIVITIES: Try out some some fun movements/activities that are part of our gym. This may include trying some different weights of Dumbbell Farmers Walks, hanging from a bar or some rings, or even flipping a tractor tire. These are simple, fun things to try that wont required a change of clothes (if you are coming in your work attire).
MINI-WORKOUT: If you want to take your experience a little further, sign-up to try out a mini CrossFit workout. We will be running this demo from 12:15-12:45pm and capacity is limited (pre-registration required). Owner & Head Coach, Jason Trinh, will explain the 10 min workout, walk you through a warm-up, proper mechanics of movements and provide personal adjustments, then give you feedback and support throughout the workout.
