Try CrossFit @ CFCL!
Have you been wanting to try CrossFit? Or do you have a friend you have been wanting to bring? March is the month! We have 36 chances for you to experience CrossFit and the CFCL difference. We are calling it March Madness! :)
Group Foundations
On Saturday, March 5th at 12:30pm we will be hosting a 2-hour Group Foundations! In this session we will cover the following:
Squats
Presses
Pulling & Pushing Movements
Do a short workout practicing the above movements
End with a 30-minute Nutrition Fundamentals session led by RD Darian Kotchorek
This is a great option if you are not quite ready to try a group class or if you just want to learn. Cost is our regular drop in rate ($20). If you decide to stick with it, we will credit your first month’s membership with the drop-in AND you’ll have completed the first two of four Foundations sessions! The remaining two sessions will be 60 minutes long and are with a personal trainer (during CrossFit classes). Capacity is limited, so registration is required.
To REGISTER: Go to schedule HERE and click “sign up now” for the “Group Foundations” class. Then proceed to “Create a Account”, fill out waiver as the system prompts (if you don’t already have an account), and process $20 payment.

Bring-A-Friend/FREE Thursdays
Throughout the whole month of March we are opening our Thursday group classes up to anyone that wants to join us! That means ALL THESE CLASSES ARE FREE
March 3 - 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
March 10 - 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
March 17 - 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
March 24 - 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
March 31 - 6am, 7am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
These days will be programmed to be beginner friendly and are great way to experience CrossFit and the difference that CFCL has to offer.
