This is one of the CrossFit Open workouts but with a twist - normally it would stop with the 8 minute AMRAP, but you're going to recover for 4 minutes and continue to work for 4 more minutes. Because you're tough.

For the 4 Minute AMRAP, start over again at the lowest rep scheme :)
